We believe the best meals begin long before anyone sits down to eat. They begin with flour that's been ground thoughtfully, butter that's worth keeping in the fridge, and the kind of bread that makes a kitchen smell like a reason to come home.
At Come Together, we don't rush. Our sourdough ferments overnight. Our pastries are folded by hand each morning. Our pantry shelves carry the same products we'd choose for our own tables — because we are, after all, people who cook and eat at home.

The Craft

Small Batches
We bake what we can, not what we think we can sell. Every loaf, every tart, every batch of granola is made in quantities that let us watch it closely and stand behind every bite.
Long Fermentation
Our sourdough rests for 18 hours or more. That patience develops flavor no shortcut can match, and it makes the crumb lighter, the crust deeper, the bread more digestible.
Hand-Folded Pastries
Croissants, danishes, fruit tarts — each one shaped by hand, each one layered with the kind of care that comes from doing the same thing well, every single morning.
Curated Pantry
Our grocery shelves are selective. We carry olive oils, vinegars, preserves, and staples from producers whose standards match our own. If we wouldn't keep it in our kitchen, we don't stock it.
